What if I’m not at home?
Although you are at your address, we think that there is no one who does not encounter the excuses of the courier such as "the address was not found", "the bell was not working", "security did not allow". Thus, if you are not at your place during the courier’s visit to your address, we ensure that the courier returns to your address the next day.
